Ross Nickerson has a solo act called Banjo and Blues. In addition to Ross’s well known banjo skills he is also a skilled blues and jazz guitarist.
In this version of what Ross does, he provides atmosphere with instrumental background music at clubs and restaurants. He uses high quality backing tracks to play along with, giving him the ability to fill the room with pleasant easy to listen to music, while not demanding all the attention on to himself.
Ross has lots of experience doing solo shows in sit down pay attention venues but this version is for background music. Ross has the experience to know the room and the ability to play appropriate music, at appropriate volume, with taste. Ross can tailor his skills and experitise to any venue.
